The first time I went to North Fork Dental Associates was in an emergency, Dr Redmond took me right in and fixed my problem, since then I go for my cleanings twice a year and the experience is always exceptional. The hygienist is both gentle and thorough, ensuring I am comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend them! Thanks!
I came to see you yesterday to have baby teeth pulled. I was worried about it hurting and you said that you would stop pulling if I asked you to. You did not however do that and I want you to know that that is not ok. It is my body and my pain which is not in my head. When you tell people that you will respect their needs you actually have to follow through with that statement. Despite what you said I had real pain which was not made up from nerves. CORRUPT BILLING OFFICE, WORST DENTIST EVER! Ive been going here for years and the hygienist are amazing, Dr Redmond and his billing department are an absolute SHAM &DISGRACE to the medical profession. Not only do they bill you incorrectly, but when you take the initiative and go to the dental insurance company and figure out the correct way to get them paid.
