CORRUPT BILLING OFFICE, WORST DENTIST EVER! Ive been going here for years and the hygienist are amazing, Dr Redmond and his billing department are an absolute SHAM &DISGRACE to the medical profession. Not only do they bill you incorrectly, but when you take the initiative and go to the dental insurance company and figure out the correct way to get them paid. Would not do cleaning if I refused x-rays. Office seemed outdated.
This is by far the Worst dentist office I have ever been to, completely unprofessional and rude! I came in as a new client for a teeth cleaning when I got to the office I had major issues just with my insurance. Finally when I got to the chair The hygienist told me I need to do a whole mouth x-ray just for a cleaning she goes back to rude manager That tried to tell me that if I reschedule I might not be able to come back to the office, that tells her not to provide care on me because due to me having another dentist my insur... read more
