I love this boot camp because you can get a high intensity training within a short amount of time. I also have seen so much physical change within my body that this boot camp gets addicting. I also see all the fellow boot campers gain muscle while toning and losing body fat. I recommend this boot camp to everyone of all ages and fitness levels it's hard at first but you make progress. The trainer Elisa is outstanding, caring and passionate.
