I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I visited the shop in person to order my flowers one week in advance. However, when I picked up the bouquet, I mentioned that I expected white flowers, as the arrangement didn’t look like what I had ordered. Before this, I had even emailed clear instructions that I wanted the bouquet to be mainly white with a touch of pink and purple, and I had even called to confirm they received my email. Great quality fresh flowers for reasonable prices. I told them what colors and flowers I wanted and they custom made the arrangement for me. I would definitely come back! Thank you!
