CHANGED FROM 2 STARS TO 4. I had rated them a 2 due to the service I received from the staff, however, Dr. Schmidt has been totally awesome to me and my kitty Kiwi so I've changed it to 4 stars. I do hope they can find out what's wrong with him soon though and that it will be treatable.
My Shepherd Mix Ruger tore both of his ACL’s within a year. Dr. Mackenzie and the entire staff were compassionate, caring, attentive and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Both of his TPLO’s came with amazing results, indeed they were not cheap but not anymore expensive then anywhere else and I truly feel like my fur baby and I received the absolute best care and service I could have asked for.
