Dr Sumner is great!
Dr. William Sumner and his staff are truly amazing, my family is extremely grateful for their support and dedication
Dr. Sumner is a knowledgeable and great doctor. However, I found the staff and policy to be extremely frustrating. For starters, you cannot schedule an appointment without shelling out approximately $2K (in my case) towards my deductible. Then I asked for an insurance authorization which I was told that it's most likely covered. No insurance authorization??? That's the first step!! Why would I risk paying $2k towards just scheduling a surgery without knowing if I am at risk for a larger portion of the costs?? I was told I ca... read more
