I find it perplexing that certain places insist on early arrivals while not utilizing that time effectively. This lack of professionalism is concerning. For the second time, my appointment was canceled because the office did not fulfill its responsibilities. Despite the distance, this office demonstrates an inability to manage time efficiently, which is crucial for smooth operations. The disregard for patients’ time is disappointing and a reason I would prefer to avoid this office if possible.
Efficient and courteous. Dr Uchal is not only a great surgeon, he is personable and kind . He treats his staff well and shows interest in their opinions. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr Uchal and staff.
Fantastic help, extremely friendly and highly recommend! Was in for a gallbladder surgery and Dr Uchal was extremely knowledgeable, positive, and friendly. The entire team at this office was very efficient and friendly as well, and the appointment and scheduling process was very easy!
