I made an appointment for newly painful periods and was given an appointment with Chelsy Van Winkle. I explained it was sudden and intense and a 9/10 on the pain scale. She spent the entire appointment explaining birth control even after I explained I'm not able to take birth control. No exam. She told me she could schedule an ultrasound "if I really wanted one" but there was no point because it wouldn't show anything. I left with $40 less and no idea what was causing the pain. My third pregnancy and third time going here and I have never had a problem with anyone or anything! I’m very grateful for the staff and doctors! Facility is also very clean!
