Very dismissive 1- went as far as telling me im reaching /OVER REACTING THIS PERSON ALSO SAID THE PREFER EASY GOING DAYS WITH EMPTY BEDS OVER HAVING PEOPLE COME IN 1 -was SUPER DISMISSIVE AND RUDE 1- TELLS ME THEY % SURE IM FINE & MY BLOOD WORK WAS GREAT LOL THAT WAS NOT TRUE 1- WHO TOOK MY BLOOD I TOLD THEM IT WAS BURNING MY ARM she said thats NORMAL ....3 DAYS LATER ARM STILL BURNS AND HURTS BUT IF WE CALL THE COUNT HEALTH DEPT. I am a frequent attendant of this ER and the staff I met were AMAZING. My RN Samantha was very understanding of my toe injury when I stubbed it and the other occasion I went in when I had tooth pain the Male RN Robin who was a little 💅 helped me understand that they're not a dentist but we're able to provide me with something for pain. With all the wonderful staff I understand why everyone goes there which causes the long wait......but I'll happily wait a little longer for such amazing staff......The big muscular bald docto... read more

Absolutely LOVED the staff and the treatment my child was given . 10/10 would go here again in any case of emergency.
Great medical staff but don’t like having a security guard as the customer service rep doing triage!
