Jennae, front staff, and Melisa APRN are amazing! These two ladies are rock stars. They both go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you for kindness and generosity💕. Overall better communication is needed among the staff.

If you value your family members that go to this facility, please read....We are early on in our experience here 3 weeks. Everything has moved so fast and my mother is a complex case, so there's been complications. I have currently waited 3 weeks for my first phone call back. FinallyGet things situated an appointment, by that afternoon, it was canceled That was on the sep 20th. As of now the 23rd, I'm still waiting for a call back from the nurses to schedule my stage 3 mother's appointment. This is so unprofessional. My moth... read more

I have been getting treatment for quite a few years now and Dr. Vijay Patel is wonderful, I also want to note that you have an employee who is exceptional He works in the front registration Allen has over many years always gone above and beyond to assist me. You have a valuable employee who I hope is recognized for the exceptional job he does. Thank you for always taking the few extra minutes.

I spent 2 years taking my mom up for treatments. The infusion staff is excellent, but most support staff are not compassionate to the patients. You would never know they are dealing with people that are going through the worst time of the life. I have seen many elderly patients walk around with no direction. It's very sad to see. I wish I looked for a better center to care for my mom.
