Very shady. Then request you pay July rent mid way in to June. Couldn’t get them to text or call me but they will reply on Zillow. Odd. Stay away.

Super sketchy, unnecessary lying, and bunch of unpleasant surprises. Both my mother and I work for property management so we have a good understanding on how this process works. For starters, I was not informed that the security deposit wouldn’t hold the home from the market. They want app fee (once approved; which was within hours) then rent, security, and other fees AND you have to move-in the next day. Mr Baber and his staff are such wonderful people! We rented an apartment in Lynn Haven and any time there was something that needed service, he would be on it right away. He really does a wonderful job keeping the apartments in good condition. My family and I really enjoyed living there. Too bad we moved to another state for work otherwise I would have stayed longer. I wish we could take him and his staff with us. I highly recommend North Florida Realty. I would rent from them again if we moved back into the area.
