PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS OF THE LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE SIGNING! My wife and I rented a property from North Florida Property Management in July of 2023. The lease was up on July 31st, 2024 and per the law (as they explained to me), they have 30 days to refund the deposit money. They were a great company to work with and really helped when I had questions and helped their my process. I'd definitely recommend them to everyone!
I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but I am so impressed with the level of commitment, service, and attention to detail of North Florida Property Management. I have been extremely happy with the entire team. After my last tenants left I was worried, but my home was only empty 7 days. The team found a new tenant quickly at a higher rate. I get postcards frequently from other companies but the the service I receive is more than worth what I pay. This is just a stellar company with great people who care!
