I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Absolutely the WORST customer service!!! They had our mower for almost a month to repair a drive belt. Then once we got the mower back it had almost 50 additional hours on the meter which voided my warranty! I called and was told the key was left on and they had to charge the battery. I was told to call back when the owner Jack gets in around 11am. I recently had an issue with my buffer. I contacted Powerhouse and they let me know they would be around 2 weeks out before they could get to the buffer. Needing it back asap this wasnt an option. I then contacted North Florida Power Tools. Mike let me know over the phone that they were busy but to come in and they would get to it as soon as possible.
