Overall the staff was nice. Being over 30 and experiencing many pap smears I felt the doctor did not conduct a thorough exam. Only checking one side and asked if I had questions and left the room. No feedback and no information on what to expect next nothing. I felt my time was rushed.

I give this location 5 stars!! I saw the ARNP for my annual. Overall, the facility was clean and the staff was prompt! The two ladies at the front desk were super. Greeted with smiles and small talk. Back assistants very quick to put me in a room. ARNP was very informative. I’ve read the negative reviews and I am appalled. I am sure it was the patients who had the nasty attitudes and caused issues within the office. Keep up the good work ladies!

1) My midwife argues with me about everything 2) They left me in a room for over an hour naked 3) the front desk is less than adequate. They eat at the desk. They argued with me about being professional. 4) the back end staff complain about the front end staff. They also are not hardly sympathetic. 5) they lie to your face about being the only provider that accepts Medicaid 6) they try to force their medical beliefs on you - (ie: when I said I wanted to switch to a more natural home birth the midwife almost had a heart attac... read more

Front desk is very very very rude and unprofessional, Lacks mannerism. Today, one lady argued with me about what time I got there and said “ I ain’t doin this witchu” very unprofessional. The other lady is very very very rude brings up things about my family!! A big NO. Told me I can go somewhere else after I told her she was being very rude to me.
