Absolutely horrible experience. New patient appointment.. arrived on time for appointment at 9 am. Four patients came in after me and went before me. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby to get called back to wait another 40 minutes in the room. Finally had enough and asked the receptionist if this is normal she said let me talk with the provider. Waited another 10 mins in the room and finally decided this is not acceptable. As I leave and ask for my documents, the receptionist says the office manager is trying to located Dr. Niev... read more
Dr. Nieves is a great doctor. Very skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate! He answered a lot of questions for me and even explained in detail some of the steps to expect when referring me to an endocrinologist!
