This is by far the worst office to visit . For the 2nd time my appointment is scheduled , I receive the confirmation text and go to the office on the day of the appointment and I’m told that my appointment will have to be rescheduled due to a double booking . There is absolutely no organization at all .
This facility thinks so little about the patient experience that when 99% of the people walking in require a sample, the bathrooms placed in the lobby do not have a simple Occupied/Vacant sign. This immediate reflection of how they do not understand nor care about their patients influenced me transfer my care elsewhere. As others say, maybe it’s ok for annual work but consider OB care elsewhere.
I really like Dr. Staci but the office staff may be enough for me to move on. You have a portal but they don’t communicate with you in it. When you call to speak to a nurse no one is ever available so if you miss their call you just don’t get answers to your problems. I had to call 5 different times just to confirm a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy because the pharmacy said they didn’t have it. Each time they said someone would call me back but they didn’t. It’s very frustrating.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. The providers and internal staff are friendly but the billing and insurance department has been nothing short of a nightmare. When becoming a new patient (OB specifically), I set my appointment up with insurance from my job at the time. After that initial visit, I transitioned to a new job leaving me a 60 day waiting period until my new jobs insurance kicks in.
