I made an appointment online via a link sent to my email reminding me I was due for my yearly exam. I show up for my appointment and it was cancelled! No call, no text, no nothing. The woman was incredibly rude.
I cannot recommend Dr. Nabeel Salka highly enough. From my very first appointment through my hysterectomy and recovery, he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. Dr. Salka is an excellent listener who never made me feel rushed. I came to this practice seeking medical answers and treatment options for female sexual dysfunction after experiencing a lifelong inability to achieve sensation or orgasm. After waiting for this appointment and hoping to have a productive conversation, I left feeling dismissed and unheard. The worst place I've ever known, I've had some inconveniences during my pregnancy (I try not to call unless it's urgent or something I can't handle at home) and every time I call they only ask me my name, my date of birth and tell me that they will put a note in the system about my case and that someone is going to call me after hanging up, three Doritos later = NO ONE CALLS, days can pass and unless I don't go personally they don't pay attention to my problem (and they only attend me if I have an appointment, otherwise, the... read more
