The entire reception staff has poor service. They hung up on me 7 times. They have no manners and are disrespectful.
Called and called and called for over TWO WEEKS to schedule an appointment just to finally be told they are no longer taking transfers. Wasted over two weeks of my time after being told “yes we will get you in but let me speak with my office manager first and call you right back…” obviously never received a call back.
Very unprofessional. I went to the office to explain to them about my situation as far as paying for my next appointment. I was instructed to sit in the waiting area and give them a second to figure it out. Once I sat down I heard the front desk worker and the managers whole entire conversation from the waiting room about my business so I’m sure other patients heard as well. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Cantor more. He was very kind, professional, and respectful. Talked me through every step before he did it, made sure i was comfortable and communicated the whole time. Liz was also very kind and professional. Favorite gynecologist ever!
I have a very good experience the nurse and amazing they talk to you so nice and respectful
