I was directed to call the central billing office to verify if a certain procedure would go under a specialty visit or a regular office visit, since a nurse would be seeing me to administer a shot, and the woman I spoke to kept cutting me off as I tried to explain the situation. She said she was not able to help and that she can't look into my insurance and had no idea why I was directed to their office. I went to this location yesterday, 4/28/2017, for an appointment. I was (obviously now) at the wrong location. I meant to go to the "Gate Parkway" location, not the "Central Parkway" location. When I entered the front door and spoke to the woman at the front desk, she was VERY rude, unhelpful and just plain mean. When I entered the office, she could see that I was struggling with a baby, but without any empathy she was still rude and nasty.
