I called with my insurance agent on the line to become a new patient. They verified all information and asked me to get a referral and fax over my medical records. After doing all of that today I called to follow up and make the appointment (7 mo pregnant) they say we don’t accept new patients with your insurance. That’s such an inconvenience and it shows terrible management. Now I have to find a new provider, get another referral and fax my medical records and hope the second place is not going to misinform me like you guys... read more
Let me just say the Dr and majority of the staff is amazing. I received a call today in regards to a balance ( I obviously have a balance for a reason ) and have never felt so belittled and disrespected. I need to have a procedure done and until it's paid I must suffer. X7400 I hope that call was monitored. I get it, you have a job to do ,never the less the way you spoke to me was completely unacceptable.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming that it put me right at ease. I felt listened to and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed to the best of their ability.
Staff members wonderful. Doctor well knowledgeable and explained everything so you can understand.
