As senior citizens, my wife and I have purchased a lot of cars from a variety of dealers. None of them matched North Florida Lincoln. Buying our new car was the most hassle free and straight forward experience we've ever had, but the service department is where the dealership really shines. The manager and his staff went well above and beyond our expectations to resolve an issue that was not the fault of either the dealership or Lincoln ***************
Purchasing my 2nd LINCOLN from NF Lincoln was a pleasant experience! I enjoyed working with my female sales associate, *****. She had patience, kept in touch, but respected my time. I had looked at new cars for a long time and basically knew what I wanted in a new vehicle/car. As Im older, I just hope I can learn to use all the bells and whistles!

I am sure negative reviews mean nothing to the dealership or to anyone when buying a car. But sometimes it becomes the principle. As long as deals are made no one really cares. It all started when I was looking for an SUV. I saw the one I liked at North Florida Lincoln and submitted a availability request. The salesperson contacted and was very friendly by getting me pictures of the vehicle.
