I have had a horrible experience dealing with Constance Buchanan in Jacksonville. On the phone she is cold and curt and I have had a horrible experience dealing with Constance Buchanan in Jacksonville. Rosa was one of our church members of 25 years and it was next to impossible to get any information while she was under their care. Church members were rebuffed when they tried to visit. And I, as her pastor was not notified when she died. Stay away from this company and especially Constance Buchanan.
