Very poor experience. Had a total of four appointments for a very minor cyst, only two of which were necessary. They seem to schedule you for unnecessary appointments in order to bill insurance as many times as they can for multiple services. Every time I was in the office, I waited greater than 30 minutes. They seem to have no regard for a patient’s time as I was in the middle of work days. N FL foot and ankle..just word of advice. If someone pays good bit of money for custom Orthodox make them to proper size not two sizes too big then tell customer to cut them down or make them work. Also waiting 3 months for them was way too long. Communicate w customers. Finally they said they would cut them down for me and looks like they just used regular scissors and cuts look all jagged and uneven. From the moment I walked into their office for my initial visit to my current follow up visits, they have treated me like family. They’ve said and proven in action that each step of my process to recovery is priority for them. For me, there is no team comparable to Dr. Amanda Bartell, DPM and her amazing staff at N.F.F.A.C.
