(LONG POST) I went here in the beginning of my pregnancy (roughly 5 1/2 weeks) because I tested positive for Covid and had bad spotting. As soon as we walked in the door around 11:00am they ran my husband out and said he couldn’t be in there with me. I got called back to the room and they wanted a urine sample and ordered an ultrasound. I didn’t get the ultrasound until around 3 o’clock. The best experience I could’ve asked for, all things considered. I walked in and was immediately brought back into a room. Every single person I encountered was kind, polite, efficient and caring. I received comprehensive treatment and felt very well cared for. Should the need arise, I will return here. Alex was my super friendly RN. He made me feel very comfortable and Kristen Williams was a great practitioner. She was thorough in her examination, tests and answering my questions.
