Called to scheduled a new patient first time appointment. They left me on hold for 8 minutes, disconnected me and when I called back in was told by the answering service that they'd left for the day. A+ Service guys. Great first impression. Really.
Great experience with Dr. Seymour & staff. A huge shout out to Melinda & Marta for being so nice, and helpful. Marta the optician was instrumental in helping me choose the right glasses, and her knowledge of what I needed made all of the difference from my previous pair. I highly recommend them & it's so nice to be able to see now. Thank you so much!
I truly appreciate Dr. Seymour and their staff! They are a very professional group and I felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.
My first (and last) experience here was very poor. The woman at the front desk was rude, on the phone and in the office, and not just to me, but to another client as well. Paying customers are obviously a nuisance to her. An eyeframe on display with a $180 price tag can be bought online for $15. Dr. Seymour was cold, robotic, and unsympathetic. I left shaking. This is not the place for me.
