Staff are very courteous and very knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job at explaining things during the exam. I love them all and wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.
Groomer did an amazing job! Seeing pictures while we were on vacation was perfect. He looked so happy. Definitely a permanent customer from here on out.

Took my dog this morning due to what I assumed was an emergency, in and out within 30 minutes and treated with such respect and kindness. Being that it was my first time, I certainly did not feel like a stranger! This is my pet Collins new home.
I’m new to Northend. I’d only been there once when I had to call and ask for help with my very sick and loyal friend Lucy. I took her in and they all treated me and Lucy with compassion and respect. They let me hold her while she died and gave me time to say good bye. A particular and special thank you has to be given to Fred, who not only carried her in for me but offered to help me bury her.
