I went to north end subaru for a new converter turn out it was covered under warranty which saved me a ton of money could not be more thrilled

I had a recent experience with Subaru service that I would consider above and beyond. I was having a major service done that required me to have a service loaner. Upon checking in the service person helping me noticed that my drivers license had expired.I thought to myself that goes another day waiting in line at the rmv when JJ asked if me If I had a few moments. Absolutely the best customer service and deals around town! Our cars salesman Bob W. was amazing and was able to get us the deal of the century on a brand new crosstrek, I would highly recommend North End Subaru if you are looking for a new or used Subbie!

Thanks to the service department a mistake was corrected. I have an extended warranty and shouldn't have been paying for oil changes that I had and due to their good work the problem was corrected. Thanks J.J for the time you spent on this matter.
I was thrilled with the fast and friendly service from the Mazda service team! I had my truck towed there last night and this morning I recieved a call from Steve Gagne, the head mechanic. He was very patient as he listened to me explain the problems I had been experiencing. I was happily surprised when I got a call after lunch, and it was fixed! Very reasonable prices too! I will definately be back for all my service needs! Thanks again!!! :)
