Bob, wayne and Brett are excellent mechanics. They are straightforward, reliable, and back up their work. The work is finished on time and for the promised price. I much prefer a neighborhood establishment to a large dealership staffed with people I don't know who are subject to the profit making motives of their bosses.
You cannot find a better place to take your vehicle. Top notch and treat their customers right!
LOVE north end and would recommend them to anyone. they are always so helpful, kind, and polite; and they get the job done. If they think it will be more than what they told me, they'll call and let me know first, they always go above and beyond, and always treat the customers like family/friends.
Glad to have found this shop, they have fixed 2 of our 4 cars so far, and I look forward to taking our vehicles there from now on. Feels good to have a sticker on our truck again, thanks guys.
