Dr Clancy himself is a perfectly adequate psychiatrist. However, his appointments are reliably late (I waited close to an hour once), the receptionists do not answer the phones - ever - and messages are answered rarely. I'm left feeling like I'm inconveniencing them every time I need anything. Annoyance has won or over apathy; it's time to find a new doctor.
