I was late by 5 mins to a therapy appointment, and now these guys are acting like i dont exist. Ill admit, i am a very paranoid person by default, but ive genuinely never felt more rushed and pushed aside than i have with trying to communicate with north end counseling. My appointment got rescheduled from the 28th of may to the 11th of june for a video call. Nobody contacted me, and when i call the office, i either am put on hold for 10-15 mins, or im rushed off the phone and transferred directly to a voicemail that just say... read more
If I were able to give negative stars I absolutely would. These people ruined my life and dont even care. They didnt know who I was after being with them for years and stopped all of my care completely because of a clerical error on their part. I tried for months begging them to not stop my meds because it would ruin my life but they did not care one bit. I go to Savida now, highly recommend. This place should be out of business. NEGATIVE 10 STARS
Based on my experience, I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Poor management and understaffed at best. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere if your serious about medical assistance.
