If I could rate 0, I would. My mom and I called this dental practice on 7/27/26 in the afternoon and we were told that a 4 pm slot, which had previously been my dad’s spot was available. The receptionist confirmed that my mom could go for her dental cleaning, and sure enough, she ordered an Uber ride, which was unfortunately delayed as the first ride ended up canceling. Great hygienist and dentist but nobody answers their phone or returns calls so it's impossible to make an appointment.
I was already thinking about going somewhere else after seeing the bad reviews, but I’m so happy I didn’t change my mind. The front desk staff was nice and willing to help, and the whole experience was positive. Thank you!
