All I’ll say is Mike charged me 150 $ for 10 minutes of his time, screwed 4 of my lightbulbs in for me as the issue with my lights was the wrong bulbs. He seemed like a nice guy but the price he charged did not feel fair.

Mike is very polite and respectful. He wore booties when inside and made sure the place looked clean before he left. He installed 3 smoke and CO2 detectors that speak to each other, 3 bedroom fans, a bathroom fan, and some miscellaneous electrical jobs. Mike stands by his work with a 2 year warranty. That was tested when there was an issue with the installation of the bathroom fan that we weren't happy with. He didn't make excuses but said that he would make it right. He is skilled and professional in his work; however, he raised the agreed amount from $500 to $700 after completing the job, even though he had already inspected the work and provided a quote beforehand. I ended up paying the extra $200 he demanded. Two months later, the same outlet developed a problem again. When I called him, he didn’t spend even a minute on the same outlet before asking for an additional $150.
