I have been seeing NP Leo Wong since January in regards to health issues and concerns I was having. I have found him very thorough (Attention to Detail) with his research and investigation. Leo and the reception staff at North Edmonton Clinic listen to your health concerns and take the time to follow through and then follow-up with me. I recommend this clinic
The worst experience I have ever had! They have a doctor named Dr. Kituanga, and he is often absent. He does not follow up on test results, and when patients try to reach him for guidance or to understand the next steps, he is never available. Patients are left to fend for themselves, with no proper follow-up or communication. My gosh, this has been a very frustrating experience. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism.

This is the second time I've had to wait over 30 minutes past my booked appointment.
One of the worst clinics I have ever visited. The reception staff often put patients on hold for an extremely long time—sometimes up to 30 minutes. Even after securing an appointment, I frequently had to wait more than half an hour past my scheduled time to see a physician. On several occasions, the physicians seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns or reviewing my medical history.
