One of the worst clinics I have ever visited. The reception staff often put patients on hold for an extremely long time—sometimes up to 30 minutes. Even after securing an appointment, I frequently had to wait more than half an hour past my scheduled time to see a physician. On several occasions, the physicians seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns or reviewing my medical history. Dr. walk-ins and appointments available pharmacy
Came in as a walk in to have work place medical forms completed, the front counter receptionist Rav was so welcoming and helpful. They were able to get me in quickly, doctor was very kind and got my forms completed quickly and efficiently. Staff even called to update after I left for any other health recommendations the doctor had following my appointment! Highly recommend this clinic!
This one star is not for all Clinic it’s only for Dr. Lawrence Hibraim Kitwanda Of all the Clinic has a nice doctors and a front desk nurses but this doctor specifically has no respect in his patience, does not show petition to help and especially talks to his patience without no respect that I my experience with Dr. Lawrence Hibraim Kitwanda
So thankful for the front desk receptionist and doctors who went the extra mile for helping us.
