Not really doing much
Worst building to live in they let random people in the building without checking IDs the office/management office never do anything that has to do with the building or fixing the apartment two standard. We had a motional support animal They told us we cannot have it and we have papers for the emotional support animal but there’s plenty other people in the building with dogs that don’t have papers it doesn’t states the size or breed of the animal so I feel offended. I called to inquire about renting a unit using a CHA voucher and was told "we don't accept vouchers here" which is illegal as it violates the Chicago Fair Housing Ordinance.
They don't accept CHA vouchers which violates the Chicago Fair Housing Ordinance.
The property manager was so nice! I’m going back to fill out my paperwork and I hope I can move in soon!!!
