A while ago, Andrew provided excellent customer service and did a great job repairing my lawn mower. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The repair was delayed, I had to follow up multiple times, and in the end, the job was never completed. There was also a lack of transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied and won’t be returning to his service.
Recently had my chainsaw repaired and serviced by Andrew, and I would like to commend him for his outstanding work. From the moment I contacted him, Andrew was professional, friendly, and very approachable.
