I recently completed my classes with Tina. I highly recommend anyone considering obtaining their real estate salesperson license to take her course. Tina in her introduction, goes through classroom guidelines and what she expects from u as a student. Essentially, she ends it with " so u pass the first time" . Happily, I did just that. Additionally, Tina's knowledge of the industry and the material are second to none. Classes are generally small and you'll get to know one another like a family. I highly recommend North East Real Estate Academy to anyone . Tina is an awesome teacher who has vast knowledge in the Real Estate industry. Her goal is to make sure that all of her students learn the material to pass the exam. I would buy the Study Guide which I found to be extremely helpful. I took my State Exam and passed on my first try!!!
