I called them to fix my toilet and they did . It was in warranty for 2 years. Twice i contacted emailed messaged and called stephanie and james but they kept making excuses that strata doesn't allow . Even when strata allowed amd gave written approval to fix my toilets they wouldnt send anyone to fix it . They took my money and didnt do the job as promised . Made my beg for something they offered in contract. No it was done in oct 2023. Its still in warranty which was for 2 years . James and his company are big liars. Stop l... read more
