this business will tell you after the fact of purchasing parts there will be a 10 percent charge of returning parts. Don't forget they will insure that the part will work and if it doesn't, you will be charge 10 percent ill regardless of trusting this business that the part will work. In my opinion, pure greed. That appears to be todays America.
Original item was shipped in a timely manner and well packaged. Unfortunately, due to weather, I did not get to the install till well after 30 days. I opened the package and discovered that the left-hand, port window seal had a tear in the outer seal. I called, they sent me out a new set, even after 30 days! Great Customer Service even tho I should have checked condition upon arrival. Thanks Guys, will buy more stuff off of you guys for my 72 Ford F-100 Project and recommend to all. Appreciate you taking care of me.
Selling junk parts. Claiming them to be good. No help on return, past 90 days. So if you cannot afford to get to it right away, your out of luck. They just keep your money, and say sorry! Great buisiness ethic!! Buyer Beware!!
