RecommendedI recently had to take my Molly there for a liver sonogram... terribly traumatic for both of us! The staff there were able to accommodate my request to not have to leave her there and treated both she and I with kindness and respect! So totally appreciate the Vet and staff there.. thank you so much for making a difficult situation into one that wasn't quite so bad:)
Been to this hospital a few times, each time felt as though they didn't do a good job attending to my dog. Got charged a lot for no real answers. Today was the last time I go here, he has a growth on his ear, doctor saw from a distance without really examining it, and said surgery was needed. Est bill 920.00 to 1031.00. Sorry, I need to find me another Vet that will take care of my dog and charge a reasonable rate.
I am so grateful for North East Animal Hospital. They take such great care of our animals. My cat was very sick, and stayed overnight. The next day, he was already starting to act more like himself and we got to take him home. I would never take my animals anywhere else. Everyone there was very compassionate and my cat is a ham with everyone there he loves his people snuggles and they all seem to love him also. From the moment we walk in, you know you are with family that truly cares for our babies. Words cannot express the gratitude that we feel for the care and concern we get for our "kids". The staff and Dr.'s, are exceptional and there are just simply not enough adjectives to describe the incredible care received from the staff. Thank you for being there in the good times and the horrible times.
I will never recommend them to anybody. We took our dog there for boarding and she came back and acted like she was never fed. Anytime we went to pet her she acted like we were going to hit her, and then I packed two blankets and told them i wanted them both put down for her. When we picked her up they told us the one blanket was never used and she didn’t get the toys we left her and they didn’t give her any treats we packed for her. They are the most caring and compassionate vets! Would NOT take my pets anywhere else! I could go to vets closer to where I live, but I honestly believe I would not be as satisfied as I am with the vets at North East Animal Hospital! Dr. Ramsdell is our vet - absolutely amazing! North East Animal Hospital handles my beautiful Great Dane, Raynbow, with such great care! Their prices are reasonable and they take the time to discuss treatment plans. They are awesome!
Everyone took such great care of Sydney when she was spayed! I knew she was in great hands with Dr. Ramsdell performing her surgery! They let us know she was doing well very quickly afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! (Sydney wasn’t too thrilled about the whole thing, so I won’t let her write a review � )
