fantastic definitely use again
I contacted Rollerco to book in a day for a sliding door repair after being referred by my real estate. The staff member who answered laughed at me, was blatantly rude and dismissive, and spoke in an aggressive, hostile manner throughout the call. I filed a formal complaint immediately afterwards and the company has completely ignored it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
