Best service I've ever received! (and I'm 55yo from a customer complaints role in a major institution - so high level service expectations). I have 18yo old triple sliding back doors on an investment property and needed a quick fix before new Tenants. I emailed Rhiannon 3-4 times, pictures also went back and forth - including PDF sheets with measurements, BUT... in such a timely manner! I couldn't believe it.
