It has been an absolutely first class experience doing business with the fantastic professional and friendly team of people at North East Aluminum & Rollerco. From my first phone call through to the installation of my new sliding glass door and security screen , the process has been faultless. Thank you Rhiannon, Daniel and Tash .
I phoned originally to arrange for a new sliding door to be installed. Rather than just selling me a new door, he mentioned that I most probably didn't need a new door and was pretty confident that my old sliding door could be repaired with a new track and rollers. Within a couple of weeks my old door felt as good as new and I had saved myself thousands of dollars. It's rare to find businesses that don't take customers for a ride and I would happily recommend them to everyone.

Efficient service with necessary parts available in service vehicle to suit the door requirements (different parts needed for repair than originally anticipated).
Daniel and Oliver attended my property and were friendly, polite and very helpful. Did an amazing job with replacing the rollers initially and when I had a slight issue they attended again. No fuss, all fixed no worries. Thank you so much - I will recommend you to others.
