Northeast, AC & Heating technician, Ralph came over on time. Did an outstanding job, opened inside unit A coil compartment, inspected and found main coil drain trough and drain line plugged, he painstakingly cleared build-up and insured drain was clear. Made sure unit was functioning properly. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Northeast AC & Heating.
As always, they are truly the best. Highly recommend. Trustworthy and professional and excellent service. Michael did an outstanding job.
