The whole staff from calling to make an appointment, check in, the nurse, the nurse practitioner, to check out was easy. Everyone was kind, polite and caring.
Editing due to a recent visit. I went in with extreme pain. I was seen by Dr. Bonvicino who was the most rude, nasty, and condescending person (much less doctor) I have ever encountered in my life. While crying with intense pain, she ridiculed me for not going on hormone medications or getting a hysterectomy (which was not even a full discussion in my last appointment with the doctor I usually see). This office and team work well together to ensure that the patient is comfortable always 5 star office I called for a specific problem, I was seen by Monique Schneider, she was through very kind and most of all made me so comfortable she answered all my questions.I will most definitely request her again.
