I have been living at North Desert Palms for 4 years now and I love it! ❤️ The apartment manager Jessica is very helpful, listens to your concerns and communicates quickly. The maintenance personnel is also very professional and helpful as well as friendly. I have rented at several apartment complexes but I’ve never felt more at home than I do here, that’s why I continue to renew my lease every year. I was discriminated against and Tropicana Properties needs to be investigated. This property is mishandling government programs and they need to be stopped.
Stayed here for one year. It was okay other than getting used to drying my clothes 3x because they never fixed my dryer. This place is infested with ants as well. Couldn’t even leave a pizza for more than a hr on my dinner table without ants everywhere! When I moved out this past July I had an unexpected amount due for excessive wear and tear to only find out they were charging me $475 for damages of a countertop that was there before I even moved in.
