Greeted by name by the receptionists as I entered. Filled out paperwork in a timely manner. Was quickly processed through to the nurse for her prep. From there went into surgical prep room for anethesia and vitals. Was rolled into the surgical room for the procedure. Back to the prep room for deprepping. Back to the lobby via wheelchair to await 5 minutes for ride to show up. The entire time was just under two hours and everyone was extremely professional with their contributions to the process.
