Good luck trying to get these people on the phone. I gave up and went to a much better ENT where the staff actually answers the phone like professionals.

The front desk really does not care in the slightest. Showed up for a new patient appointment. I had already checked that it was in network with my insurance. Reception told me their system said it was out of network. Stated she would have to call my insurance after hours (it was only 2pm) to see what I should be charged and there wasn’t anything they could do for me today. I called my insurance after leaving. I do not recommend Dr. Wyll or her staff. I came to this doctor because I was having ongoing problems with my tonsils. After examining me, Dr. Wyll agreed that they needed to be removed, and my surgery was scheduled. I waited over a month for the procedure, completed all the required steps, and even paid my portion of the cost. Then, just two days before my surgery, I received a call that it had been canceled because the surgical facility would not perform the procedure due to my BMI. I've been working with North Dallas ENT for over two years, with Sophia and Sophie. They have been fabulous, but the front office situation is completely untenable. I can't tell if it's gone from bad to worse during my time here, or is just a different flavor of the same bad. I have been trying to call over a week to schedule an appointment and cannot talk to a live person. The phone goes straight to voicemail for “Rebecca in scheduling.” I have also submitted a request online multiple times and received no response.
