I had a great experience with North Dallas Doula Associates and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a doula. Chelsea was my doula and was incredible to work with throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She always made herself readily available, was very informative, supportive, and such a calming presence during delivery.
Could not recommend the classes more!! My husband and I left feeling so educated and so much more prepared for labor after completing this class!! If you are a first time parent, you will not regret taking the time to understand the ins and outs of labor!!
This review is painful to write after seeing all the good reviews and good experiences that others received. Unfortunately our experience was not good. I spent nearly a decade overseas working with our military on behalf of this country, so it cuts deeper when I see a company is enjoying the blessings of operating in America while being unaccountable (bad customer service) and unethical (legally warranted partial refund). There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Laura and NDDA for everything she/they mean to our family. We had such a wonderful experience with our postpartum doula, Mariana. From the very beginning, she was warm, compassionate, and incredibly attentive.
