Both Dr Chen and Dr Fan are great and helpful. It’s unfortunate that they have such terrible staff. I have to be honest I’ve never written a bad review before. But this office staff has brought me to tears so many times I feel like I have no choice. I call all week and leave messages with no response for a week. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and communication from this practice and Dr. Chen. I completed blood work and an ultrasound within 24 hours of my appointment. My blood results were emailed without any discussion or interpretation, and I never received my ultrasound results at all. As my pain worsened, I was given no treatment plan or interim guidance and ultimately had to go to the ER. It has been over a week and I still have not spoken to a provider about my results. Came to see Dr. Jaqueline Chen for my ongoing EoE issues. She and front desk (Christy) have been very kind, helpful, informative, etc. Although I have not been scoped (by my own choosing), I have had a great experience with them thus far.
