Terrible customer service and lack of training. I wanted to get a document that I usually get in other Tag Agencies and the lady told me that they cannot do it. She printed something else that was not what I needed and expected me to pay for it.
Yo no hablo inglés, a pesar de todo puse mi empeño para entender lo que la señora quería explicarme , fue imposible, tuve que prescindir de alguien que me ayudara ahí y de todas forma su aptitud fue horrible, mi intención no es quitarle el pan de la mesa solo que mejore y ayude a los clientes que tienen que depender de su trabajo. Yo le daría de 10/-0
Me gustó el servicio. No sé inglés y aún así me ayudaron en lo que necesitaba.
They don't answer the phone
Horrible el trato que le dan a las personas las señora que atiende de mal humor habla de mala gana .. traje a mi jefa sacar su permiso de deshabilitado y pésimo servicio nos dieron no nos ayudaron.
