These are the type of people who make EVERYONE hate having to deal with government services. The other reviews about the staff acting pained to do the simplest of tasks are spot on! It is actually hilarious how much these people seem to not want to work! I will look into filing a formal complaint. The only time the person who was 'helping' me moved with pep in her step was when I offered to go to another tag agency. Prime example of how to not treat their customers. They would get 5 stars from me in that category ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
