The front desk lady white tall is rude and unprofessional to their visitors. How can she work for customer service if she has no patience.
Their receptionist, the white lady that always there in HCA healthcare North Cypress Outpatient Rehab in Towne lake, she’s rude mean, and unprofessional. I cant believe thats how she treats their visitors there and I’m not paying for to get insulted and with that attitude.
The Centre is very professional and well organized, from receptions to the PT team and leadership. I worked with Lashia, who is not only knowledgeable but also very dedicated and detail-oriented. She truly cares about her patients, and it shows in the quality of her work.
Alison was very thorough and the clinic is very nice. The front desk ladies Emmy And Kristie were very nice to me as well. Thank you all for your help.
