I admitted myself for signs of a stoke. The ER accepted me and I'm grateful. A Special shout out to RN Sarah for taking care of me. Well done.
A little crowed in the ER for a Friday afternoon, but grateful my circumstances were not life threatening. Even though it took over three hours to be transferred from the ambulance stretcher to a ER room. Then an additional hour to be admitted into a patient room. I didn’t mind because of the staff. Everyone was compassionate and caring they kept me informed. Thank you
The only thing I didn't like was my mom came in via ambulance. I had to come in through the ER. The person in the ER wouldn't let me go to the back. I tried to explain my mom had dementia and I had her medical directive. But she still wouldn't let me in. When I finally got to the back, my mom had her info wrong and had left out key points of her health issues. She asked me what took me so long to come. After she went to her room everyone else was great.
