A very very intelligent and advanced tools with perfect analysis to identify the root cause of problem regarding to health issue with to solve . I thankful to Dr.Amrit Thandi and respect them and in future i will continue to visit to improving health
I recently deleted my post because there isn't enough space to describe our experience. Simply put, avoid if possible. I am looking for a new PCP.
I have been going to Dr. Thandi for the last 2 1/2 years. But due to her office staff I am having to find another PCP. They need training in how to handle office. They have no idea how to process a referral, follow up appointments, etc. along with 80% of them are rude.
am writing to express my frustration regarding the repeated difficulty I’ve experienced when trying to reach your office by phone. Each time I call, I am put on hold for an extended period—often several minutes at a time—and sometimes disconnected entirely. While I understand that your office can be very busy, this ongoing issue makes it extremely challenging to get the assistance I need, whether it’s to schedule an appointment. would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and find a way to improve the phone system... read more
