Candice was very accommodating and answered any of my concerns promptly. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she handled them all very nicely.
My fiancé and I love our experience with the Hampton thus far. Candice was very responsive and respectful with any questions we had about our upcoming move in process. We got the call we were accepted a week after putting in our application, which I applaud because it ca be so stressful waiting on the yes or no call from a place. I’m excited to see what this new year will have in store for us in our new home.
The office staff there is not people friendly at all and do not look out for the needs of the tenants. My fridge bulb was out the entire time because they would always put off my request for a new bulb. They also accused my pet for (pooing) all over the lawn because they didnt believe a (service) animal that lived down stairs was doing it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTH CROSSINGS.
If you’re thinking about moving in do it!!! I moved in a few months back and it’s absolutely amazing. Friendly environment & don’t let me get started on the maintenance guy(O’Shea), he’s very nice & puts his best foot forward with every task,with great time management. Pool and property always clean I have no complaints! Honestly one of the best decisions I made this year props to you guys!
