The office staff there is not people friendly at all and do not look out for the needs of the tenants. My fridge bulb was out the entire time because they would always put off my request for a new bulb. They also accused my pet for (pooing) all over the lawn because they didnt believe a (service) animal that lived down stairs was doing it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTH CROSSINGS.
If you’re thinking about moving in do it!!! I moved in a few months back and it’s absolutely amazing. Friendly environment & don’t let me get started on the maintenance guy(O’Shea), he’s very nice & puts his best foot forward with every task,with great time management. Pool and property always clean I have no complaints! Honestly one of the best decisions I made this year props to you guys!
Update 6/29 that nonsense reply means nothing. Now we can’t use the sister community amenities AND the pool’s still closed but we saw people coming out of it when we were coming back home. Don’t expect the pool to be open on weekends unless the employees are going to be using it themselves. We had to go to the sister community because ours still had the closed sign up well after 10AM. Kat A. Thanks for your racist comment now no one can’t use the pool on the weekends. Just because you see a black guy that works here with other black people does not mean they’re family. Next time instead of assuming just ask questions. If he didn’t open the pool right away it is probably because he had something more important todo. Maybe the pool needed to stay closed longer for maintenance. We will never know cause you decided post your racist comment before thinking. Now go find someone else to our pool. Thanks.
